Heading to Nashville ya'll? This spectacular one bedroom one bath condo has a fabulous urban feel. Located just one mile from the Nashville strip of Broadway it has everything you need for your trip to Nashvegas! The condo sleeps 4 and has one king bed and a queen sofa sleeper! The kitchen is full of all amenities you need during your stay. Parking is FREE and you will be located right on the greenway, great for a morning run or just a walk to see different parts of the city. Easy 20 minute walk to downtown, 1.2 miles or a $10 Uber!
Located a mile from Broadway and two blocks from several of the new Germantown restaurants and hot spots!
This area is a popular stay for many locals as well as guests traveling to Nashville.
The space
This unit is located on 1st Ave, next to the river. We're in between downtown and Germantown, and you can easily walk to both. Near all the biggest attractions including the honky tonks, restaurants, Bridgestone Arena (Predators), Broadway, Ryman Auditorium, Nissan Stadium (Titans), First Tennessee Park (Sounds) and much more.
This Cozy and Comfortable condo is on the second floor. It will provide you with the comforts of home during your stay in our beautiful city. It can accommodate 4 guests.

There is a security deposit for the key that gives you access to the pool, laundry room and fitness facility. It the key is not left after departure the security deposit will be rendered.

This Unit is just steps from the Nashville baseball stadium, walking distance to downtown, Convention Center, Titan Stadium, Farmers market, Greenways, Downtown honky tonks, Ryman Auditorium, Musicians Hall of Fame, Tennessee Performing Arts Center, 5th Ave Arts District,Easy 5$ – 8$ Uber/Lyft ride everywhere! If you have a car, Covered parking is available directly adjacent to this unit!

Staying at this condo gives you access to a outdoor pool, workout facility and washer/dryer. It’s a very safe building. All of the tenants have agreed on a No Party Policy with a strictly enforced noise ordinance so you won’t have noisy neighbors.
