Super cute place! Love that you could walk to a lot of places or take a quick Uber if you aren't a walker. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the snacks appreciated. Owner was very responsive. Would def stay here again!

Close to Broadway, Yet Peaceful with Beautiful view!

We had an amazing stay at this condo in Nashville! The location was perfect — walking distance to Broadway but tucked just far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. The view of the Cumberland River was absolutely beautiful, and the condo itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and so cozy. It had everything we needed and really made our little getaway extra special. Highly recommend!

Nashville Charm

It was a really nice place by the river. It was close to downtown on broadway street but far enough away that you didn’t feel like you were close to broadway street. It had a nice little charm about it.

Mount Bachelorette Party

The location of the condo was perfect for quick access to downtown and Ubers were cheap because of it! Was perfect for a small group of 4-5. Very cute, well decorated, and a great location.

It was a perfect place to stay ,cheap uber ride if you wanted to uber to town. Most fun was taking a scooters to town. Lots of construction in the area but wasn't a bother . If you needed anything Traci answered right away. Would stay again.

Great place and great location

We stayed for a long weekend as we were attending a concert at Nissan stadium. The place was clean and so convenient to the stadium. We were able to walk to it, which was great. Short walk to downtown which was also nice. We also enjoyed sitting on the little balcony and watching the wildlife. Highly recommend this place.

Great location

This was a perfect place for our stay. We were in town to see shows at Bridgestone Arena and the Ryman, and were able to easily walk to and from our place and downtown. We also were a short drive from East Nashville which had a lot of fun things to do. Would definitely stay here again! Very clean and comfortable, and the parking is a huge plus!

Perfect for our trip

Great place in nice location

Just what we hoped for. Cute condo with a balcony on the river and close to everything you’d want to do in Nashville. Walked everywhere within minutes. Traci was a gracious host. Place was just what we saw on VRBO and expected. Would go there again.

Great stay in Nashville

My 2 daughters (17 & 23) and I visited for the SEC basketball tournament. The space was perfect for 3 people -not sure I would have wanted any more than that. It was clean, looks as nice in person as in the pictures, stocked nicely with snacks and coffee essentials, easy check in and check out, no issues so never had to contact the property owner. The location was within 1 mile walking distance to everything we wanted to do downtown. Visited restaurants, shops, museums, historical spots, farmers market and spent most of our time at the Bridgestone Arena. Easy access to everything.

Traci's home at Riverfront is a gem! It's walking distance to Broadway, or a quick Uber ride. It's very welcoming a "welcome to Nashville" sign. There's also a book to sign & share your experience. Use the white remote to turn on the "Nashville" sign.Entering was easy, with the provided code. The king size bed in the bedroom was comfortable. My son slept on the sofa bed and said he was comfortable. TV's are in bedroom and living room. The kitchen is a galley kitchen, wrapped in wood trim, a very 'country' motif. Especially with the 'barn board' floors. Microwave works, fridge keeps stuff cold. The Keureg machine is there with cups or pods, we don't drink coffee, but it was lit up. Be forewarned, the kitchen light switch was installed upside down.The ONLY bathroom is off the bedroom, but it's a great shower!The little deck in the rear is a quaint size for 2 people, even 3 people. You'll see and hear birds and other wildlife. The working barges & barge pushers go by. As well as pleasure boaters & hobbyists. A nice place to take in the sunrise & enjoy a cup of coffee.Traci was an EXCELLENT host. I found her very helpful prior to our vacation. She provided valuable information of the area. Traci, was never at the property nor was she 'checking in' on anything. We will definitely stay with her again.Ideally, a great place for 1 or 2 couples.A family of 3-5 with young kids, or 4 really good friends. There is a twin roll away on the property.

Expected a better stay

Although the owner communicated well & provided a few useful household/personal amenities that helped with our needs, we expected a more comfortable stay. The location was fine and the Riverfront Condos are not a far walk (daytime only) to downtown along the bikeway path. There is a lot of construction in this area now and be mindful of walking around late at night. If you are NOT concerned about very late night pacing of guests above you on a very thinly built ceiling above the "Honky Tonks" unit bedroom, i.e. after 1 A.M., uncomfortable hard foam pillows, an apartment that needs some renovation/painting, you'll probably be more satisfied with this rental choice than us. Overall the VRBO listing photos market it well. And you may have noticed this listing receives mostly strong ratings. That's because the owner requests that you don't leave a review unless it's a 5 star. If you stay there and feel dissatisfied, as we did, the owner would rather you remain silent. That's deceptive and this review is being posted to inform the VRBO community of our experience. Censorship of guests is not something that any VRBO renter should comply with if they want to share honest opinions to assist others. Each person's VRBO rental experience will certainly differ. Full disclosure ensure that consumers have access to optimal info to make an informed rental decision. Enjoy all that Nashville has to offer but chose based on your preferences for comfort and quiet hours to rest.

The condo is clean and well maintained. It’s an easy uber ride to Broadway or any other hot spot in Nashville. Scooters and e-bikes were around and made a fun choice as well. The river view from the patio was nice for coffee or drinks.
