The place was very clean and comfortable. The host communicated all the information we needed in advance making check in and out very easy. There was plenty of covered parking was very close in proximity to all the places we wanted to go. We would stay there again. It was a great experience!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is in a fantastic location, plenty of parking, with easy access to great restaurants, the Nissan stadium, and the farmers market. The waterfront view of the river was absolutely beautiful, we can see boats passing by. The condo itself is on the 2nd floor, was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The bed was comfortable, and we appreciated all the thoughtful amenities—from USB plugs that offer calming sleep sounds, shower gel to bath and kitchen necessities.The host was easy to contact, responsive, and provided clear check-in/check-out and stay instructions. Everything was seamless from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great location out of DT, but close enough to walk to Broadway. Very cozy condo, comfy bed. Nice balcony overlooking the river. Had a great time in DT. make sure you check out Bourbon Street Blues and Boogie Bar in Printer’s Alley!

The host was superb with communication and he was kind. The property was clean. It is a 20 minute walk from downtown. It would not comfortably accommodate four people in my opinion. There is also considerable noise, but he provides ear plugs and sound machines. We would stay again.

Location was great, an easy 25 minute walk to Broadway. Neighborhood overall felt safe. Pull out sofa bed wasn’t all that comfortable, but worked for our situation. We enjoyed the balcony by the water. Covered, ample parking was a plus.

Host was very responsive and informative. Parking was great being covered and secure with cameras, room was clean and cozy feeling, air conditioning worked great plus a fan is provided in the bedroom. Super easy to walk to Broadway or other bars in the area and a Lyft was reasonable at 6 - 10 depending on the time. I would definitely stay here again. We didnt use the pool so I cannot comment on that. The only thing to keep in mind is that there is NO ELAVATOR... but the stairs were not horrible just depends on how much baggage u have or how heavy it may be.I did try and upload pictures but the app isn't letting me at the moment. But definitely as pictured

This is a well appointed and Immaculate unit. Sleeps four. Fantastic pool overlooking the Cumberland River. One bedroom & One Full bath. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. King bed in the bedroom. Two TVs, one in living room and one in the bedroom. A coffee maker, coffee is provided to get your morning started!

This Unit is just steps from the Nashville baseball stadium, walking distance to downtown, Convention Center, Titan Stadium, Farmers market, Greenways, Downtown honky tonks, Ryman Auditorium, Musicians Hall of Fame, Tennessee Performing Arts Center, 5th Ave Arts District,Easy 5$ – 8$ Uber/Lyft ride everywhere! If you have a car, Covered parking is available directly adjacent to this unit!

We have complimentary covered parking right next to the condo. From the condo, you have a view of the beautiful Nashville Cumberland river. Staying at this condo gives you access to a outdoor pool, workout facility and washer/dryer. It’s a very safe building. All of the tenants have agreed on a No Party Policy with a strictly enforced noise ordinance so you won’t have noisy neighbors.
