Loved this property and its location. The condo was quiet and comfortable with beautiful views of Cumberland river. My favorite parts of the room was the comfy bed and the best shower pressure my body has ever felt! I most definitely recommend and would rent this property again!

The location and parking are very convenient. We parked upon arrival and walked to everything, including the Ryman and great Germantown restaurants. We enjoyed the balcony on the river, the coffee maker and that we had the opportunity to use the pool and washing machine/dryer. The place was neat but the floors need a real cleaning.

This property manager had an issue with the original property we booked and only told us 2 hours prior to check in. They then moved us TWICE to a property that had far less amenities and we had to uber everywhere rather than walk. The property we ended up in was also not clean at all. No matter how much I asked for some consideration on the inconvenience we had to endure because of their issues they refused any sort of refund. VRBO actually gave us some credit because it was so bad but the property manager wouldn’t even respond to them! My recommendation- do not rent from this host- Grand Welcome Vacation Rentals.

Stayed as a couple for a few days and really enjoyed the location. Very close to Broadway, and Lime and other scooters are close by for rent. Lots of available parking, and pretty quiet area. The gym on property is very sparse though, if that matters to you. Had great communication with the host when checking in, and the bed is really comfy.

This place is within walking distance (15-20 minutes ) of Nissan stadium and 20 minutes to broadway street and all the downtown fun activities . Perfect location , room is small but has all you need , my 1 complaint is the fitness room is under construction but that’s no fault of the host . Definitely will book again next time i come back

Over arching was a great stay, and the host company was very helpful. The apartment is a bit older, but worked just fine for the weekend. Great for solo/couple stay. 20 minute walk to Broadway area and the area its in is decent as well!

Parked right in front of the door. Pool area was nice and some pool towels would be a welcomed addition. One Mile from Broadway and walkable though we did Uber back and forth for 7-10Would stay again. Loved watching the traffic on the river too.
