Sleeps four: a king in the bedroom plus a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Full kitchen, smart TVs, fireplace for cooler months, one bath. The balcony is the quiet counterweight to downtown: coffee over the water in the morning, wine at night. The Neighborhood:
You're on the downtown Nashville riverfront, right on the edge of Germantown. First Horizon Park, home of the Nashville Sounds, is about a 5-minute walk — easy to catch a game. Germantown's restaurants and TailGate Brewery are 5 to 10 minutes on foot, and the Bicentennial Mall is close by.
Broadway and the honky-tonks are about a mile away — a 15 to 20 minute walk along the river, or a few minutes by rideshare. The Ryman, Bridgestone Arena, and Nissan Stadium are all within easy reach downtown.
It's a location that gives you the energy of downtown without sitting on top of the noise — the river and the quieter Germantown side are right here, and the famous stuff is a short ride away.

This is a lively downtown-edge location. You may hear the city — traffic, the occasional train or party bus, dogs, neighbors, or people out enjoying the area. We can't control it, but it comes with being this close to the heart of Music City.
