This property is in a great location. It is nicely decorated and very comfortable beds and seating.The upstairs is a nice separate area if wanted.I would definitely recommend this location for any group up to six people.

Right in the heart of Ocean Park. This was an awesome spot to spend some time clamming and chilling with three generations of our family.

Great stay at Albatross

We had a great stay here! Everything was as expected and the property management company was quick to respond when we had questions about the door lock, etc. the place is very cute and clean and perfect for a stay at the beach! So keep in mind it’s right next to a bar, so you may run into noise from some folks who have had a few too many…but it was only a minor inconvenience for us and we knew there was potential for that. The beach access was really close to the property and great because it was far less crowded than Long Beach and just what we were looking for.

Nice property in heart of Ocean Park

Property was well equipped and very clean. Easy access. While people at the bar often took parking spots, there was usually plenty on the street. Upstairs was warm and with windows open was a little noisy. Wish there was a closet in the downstairs bedroom…no place to hang clothes. Overall a very nice place to stay and close to the beach.

The house was nice.to get to second bedroom stairs were a little steep. lock on front door was hard to get to work to let you in.and parking was bad with tavern right next door.was strange kitchen on main floor but table up stairs other than that all else was great

This is a cute property and much larger than you first realize. The stairs up to the master bedroom are narrow but worth the effort because the upstairs bedroom is great. The house is older so floors are a little sloped in places but that gives it character. It was very clean and well equipped. It is a perfect location in Ocean Park to experience the annual Rod Run. They are very honest about the parking situation but we never had a problem being close to the property. We knew it was next to a tavern but had no issues with it being too loud. My suggestion would be to update and clarify the instructions for the TVs. We got one to work by not following the instructions. The one in the TV room was never able to work correctly but really didn’t need it. The property management people were excellent to work with… friendly and helpful.

Birthday family weekend

It was clean and well equipped with a few fun surprises. Our grandson loved the foosball game. We were pleased with the fenced backyard with picnic table, gas grills, and hanging chairs. The upstairs space with spacious bedroom and full bath was very comfortable. Minor problems - 1) didn't get check-in directions as promised two days prior to arrival. 2) the 2 TV's downstairs didn't work. 3) some of the bedding for the foldout sofa was still in the dryer. 4) no laundry detergent for doing wash at checkout. Had to call management to get some. A bit of street noise on Friday night due to location next to bar. Otherwise, it was a fun weekend and a good place to stay.

The home was clean, nicely decorated and in a good location to access the beach and grocery store. It is right next to a gas station and tavern, which can be a little more loud at times. It wasn't a constant issue throughout the night, but we definitely were woken a couple of times by loud trucks at the gas station. The bar patrons would also steal the parking for the house around dinner time too.
