Perfect for the long birthday weekend

Wonderful place! It’s in a great location and was the perfect size for my daughter and I. We took a long weekend vacation for her 22nd birthday. Easy to get to and very clean. The host was super quick to respond and helped us find a swimming pool when we realized the community pools didn’t open until after memorial weekend. Their little dog is friendly too! Highly recommend!

We purchased this house, which is a next-gen house (a home within a home) from Lennar in 2020, thinking it would be great if one of our ageing parents needed a place to live. This has not been the case, and now we are looking to rent the attached apartment. The attached apartment has its own entry, one bedroom with full size bed, living room, full bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchenette, dining area, and stackable laundry closet.

Why they chose this property

The property is only fifteen minutes to downtown Phoenix, which has so much to offer. A visit to chase field, home of the Diamond Backs, is a $15 Uber/Lyft ride one way. Additionally, there are multiple Museums and eateries in downtown Phoenix that are awesome. About twenty-five minutes to Sky Harbor airport. Approximately 45 minutes to State Farm Stadium where the 2023 Superbowl with be held. The gated community of Addison Park has common space that includes several BBQ grills, horseshoe pits, ping pong tables, corn hole, and children's play area.
