Thank you for your interest in our dream home which we just completed building and furnishing in December 2022. We currently reside in the San Francisco Bay Area. Geoff is in the technology industry and Kipp is a Diversity and Inclusion consultant. We have two children (son in college and daughter in high school). We are passionate travelers ourselves. Every part of the interior of this home is carefully curated to deliver a mix of Palm Springs mid-century modern and European contemporary sophistication. The flow of this home is ideal for nurturing communal gathering and individual privacy. The home is also ideal for indoor and outdoor living.

This property is part of the Del Webb 55+ guard gated community which is ideally situated in the Coachella Valley and provides easy access to Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Palm Desert, and other desert cities in 15 to 20 minutes. The community has over 1,000 homes and is extremely inclusive. There are many advantages to being part of this community including the amazing amenities at the clubhouse and the many social activities offered. You can choose to have an intimate, quiet retreat or be extremely busy with pickleball, tennis, swimming, walking, and a variety of social events each week.
