Bluebird Bungalow - Walk to Mayo, Shopping, and Kutzky Park - Newly Renovated

Renovated Bungalow, walking distance to Mayo, Grocery, Restaurants and the wonderful trail systems of Rochester are right out the door. Whether you are coming to Rochester for medical reasons or just visiting, our little Bluebird can offer you all the comforts of home. We lived here while receiving a heart transplant and have provided every convenience we could think of to make your stay here comfortable. Two bedrooms are on the main floor with a full bath, and a third bedroom is upstairs with its own half bath. There is a large yard and a three season porch. We welcome long term stays.

Cozy house

We stayed for a week to go to doctors appointments at Mayo. Great location. Walking distance to grocery store restaurants. Anything we needed the house had. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. The owner was very helpful with information for neighborhood and tips for Mayo Clinic. We went in February so we were not able to use the three season room but it had very nice furniture to relax on porch if it was nice enough outside. Laundry room had laundry detergent available. It is a great house.
