This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably accommodates Six adults. With main floor laundry facilities, you can pack light and stay refreshed throughout your stay. The home offers 4-car driveway and additional street parking. We offer Amazon Prime TV and fast reliable WiFi. The home is outfitted and meets many post-surgical recovery needs: including a home entrance ramp, fully handicapped accessible shower (complete with hand bar and shower chair) and wedge pillows for each bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. The Keurig coffee maker comes with a variety of coffees, teas, and cocoa. The spacious basement has the second bathroom, with one furnished bedroom. Portable cribs and highchairs are also available upon request. The home is situated just 2 miles from the renowned Mayo Clinic. We have just a few rules and expectations: No pets or smoking of any kind on the premises. No parties or large events and quiet hours begin at 10pm. Check-in is 3:00pm with Check out time at 11. Perfect place for Mayo clinic stay

The property was very clean. We stayed here for a month while a family member was participating in a Mayo research study. The house was well equiped for our stay with it being handicapped accessible and a simple layout it was easy to get in and out and around the house. The host was very accommodating and very good at communicating if we had any questions.
