I'm excited to host you and am happy to assist with any questions or booking details. We offer a variety of short-term rentals to suit different needs and budgets!

Located just 2 blocks from the Mayo Clinic campus, this home features a main-floor bedroom and bathroom, as well as two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom on the second level. This was the perfect place to stay while spending a week going to and from Mayo Clinic Wifi was great, allowing two people to work remotely in between appointments. The house was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. It’s also more cost effective than staying at a hotel.

My friends and I travel a lot on our motorcycle. There was plenty of space for parking and the house was great. It had everything we needed and was well stocked with supplies. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the house to anyone.

This home not only met, but exceeded our needs for my family’s weekend in Rochester. Communication with the homeowner was very easy and I found Broc to be very responsive to all my questions. As a result, check-in was a breeze. We found the house to be very clean and outfitted with everything we could possibly need. The neighborhood was cute and very quiet. We come to Rochester frequently. If possible, we will stay here again.

This house was perfect for our needs. Staying a few days visiting family in the area. Quiet neighborhood, ac was great upstairs too. Very close to everything. Very clean and well laid out. Appreciate a first floor bedroom for our elderly Mom, with full baths on both levels!
