Room to spread out! Modern 4 queen bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen, dining room, beautiful living space and rec room. Amazing quiet location on dead end street near park, excellent restaurants, shopping and Mayo Clinic. Unpack and unwind with choice of shade or sun patio, abundance of walking trails & exercise equipment. All the amenities to cook and launder, we have you taken care of. We look forward to welcoming you to Rochester!

Enjoy 3 floors of space in this home with fresh paint, new carpet, and new furniture. Main floor boasts a kitchen and dining area. Upper floor has 3 queen bedrooms all with TVs, and a full bathroom. The lower level has an additional queen bedroom, family space, large rec room, full bathroom and down 5 more stairs is a fully equipped laundry room. Inside you can enjoy WIFI, TV, books, puzzles, games, foosball table and exercise bike. There are 3 steps in to the home.

Outside you will find both a sun patio and a shaded covered patio.

The home is located 7 minutes (2 miles) from Mayo Clinic Downtown Campus, and 5 minutes from St. Mary’s Hospital. Nearby you will find grocery stores (Trader Joe's & Hy-vee), gas stations, Apache Mall and restaurants. 1 block down the street from the home are walking trails and a large park. Quick access to the home from Highway 52 and Highway 63.

Great place for families

We were in town for a wedding and needed space for six adults. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms it was perfect. Even better, there was plenty of space for us to have meals and play games and enjoy each other. The location is convenient especially for downtown and Mayo Clinic but we found we could get anywhere we needed to be in less than 10 minutes.

We stayed at this home because our daughter finished her residency at the Mayo Hospital. However our stay was perfect. Greta communication with Malea from start to end. Mayo Lodging

This is the best "vacation rental" I can remember staying at. The owner was very responsive. We had one small issue with the drain stop in the downstairs bathroom, and the owners came over immediately to fix it while we were at Mayo for the day. Cleanliness, comfort, and quiet were all present. I would definitely stay there again.

Second stay at this property. It is an awesome place for for gathering with friends and family. Kitchen is well equipped and conveniently located near a large grocery store. Additionally, a walking trail near the river is right down the street. Malea is always quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay in Rochester

Everything was great for our stay in Rochester for our daughter's wedding. Malea took good care of us and gave us good instructions and responded in a quick timeframe when we had questions. We were a little surprised to see that a school was just near the back yard so their was some noise from kids out during recess, but other than that we loved the location being so close to everything in the Rochester area. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Rochester. Very satisfied! Thanks Malea!

Staying here was so much better than a hotel. We had 4 adults and 2 kids staying here, and having the extra space was a life saver. The house was clean and had everything that we needed readily available. The location is pretty great too. It isn't too far from Mayo, has a lot of stores and restaurants nearby, and has 2 playgrounds within walking distance. I could not recommend this place enough.

Had everything we needed!

I stayed here with my 3 kids, ages 5 months, 2 and 4, and my in-laws with three other small children as well, right after Christmas. The downstairs was spacious enough and the kids had plenty of space to play. There were a couple nice days out too that we took the kids down the street to the school playground and let them burn off some energy! The house was stocked with everything we needed in regards to kitchen appliances and dishes, paper and bathroom products, and extras like hair dryers, laundry soap, dryer sheets, and extra pillows. The only real negative was that the toaster was broke (and it would've been very courteous of whoever broke it to let the owner know about that) but nevertheless, I purchased one and Malea simply credited me back that amount (she would have brought me one but I had to go to the store anyways, so I purchased it). There wasn't a ton in regards to bathroom towels so we had to wash these a couple times, but again we had a large group as well. The location was nice, very close to a major highway, and only a 8 minute drive to Mayo that I drove daily. Malea was always prompt to answer any messages I sent her, which I didn't do a whole lot of as the house was well set up for us upon arrival and for the duration of our stay, and check in and check out was super simple. I would definitely consider staying here again!
