The kitchen is beautiful and equipped with gas stove, high end appliances, wine/beer fridge, granite counter tops and large walk-in pantry. Everything you would need for a comfortable stay.

Fantastic house with great host!

We hosted our daughters grad reception in the large garage and family from out of town stayed at the house. The house was great! Sarah was great to work with and super responsive! Our out of town family is already talking about booking again for our older daughter's wedding next year!

Comfortable, modern home in a nice neighborhood

My family and I stayed here for a month on a work assignment. It was very comfortable and we appreciated the quiet neighborhood. There’s a nice park that you can walk too and we loved hiking at Quarry Hill nature center about 10 minute drive away. It’s15 minutes to Mayo Clinic by car.

Wonderful Rochester Stay

The property was exceptional. Easy booking, convenient arrival/checkin, well appointed kitchen, spacious, and with pleasant decor/furniture. We appreciated opening your home! Many only VRBO to Mayo patients. We drove 1200 miles to spend Thanksgiving with our son and daughter-in-law who BOTH work 12 hr shifts providing care to those patients!! Thank you for allowing us to watch them cook Thanksgiving and “host” us in their new city. Making memories!!!

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood

The home was perfect. We loved everything about it. The master suite was beautiful and the two additional bedrooms and bath were large and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The open floor plan for the kitchen, living room, and dining area was perfect. It was a great home for our entire family. It was also wheelchair accessible which was great for my mother-in-law who came to visit while we were staying in the house. Sarah did a great job communicating with us. Everything was excellent.

Great place to stay

Our family stayed at this home as we were in town for mountain biking races for the weekend at Gamehaven. The location was perfect. We appreciated the ability to use the garage for storing bikes. The home is immaculately clean. The layout has a very open feel and the beds were nice and soft. Our kids could not get over how large and awesome the master bath shower is. We also took advantage of the park tucked away in the neighborhood. We will definitely be looking to stay here again next year if we end up in Rochester again for mountain-biking and if Sarah is willing to host us again. Thanks!

Christmas in Rochester Minnesota 2023

This property in Rochester was incredible!! My husband and I are from Colorado. We decided to host Christmas Day for my husband's family who all live in the Rochester area. While searching for the perfect house in Rochester, this "beautiful home" was the only one that seemed to fit the type of Christmas we hoped to share with family. We hosted eleven family members on Christmas Day and nine family members on the day after Christmas. We decorated the house beautifully, but it was the cozy home ambience and character that already existed in this rental that let our decorations shine. Our guests also fell in love with this special house and each one took their own unique tour. Our Christmas was everything we had hoped it would be. The entire experience was far more than wonderful and this beautiful home was simply delightful!!!!!! Thank you for sharing your property. We will be staying in this "charmer" during all of our future trips to Rochester.

Great location. Excellent appliances small and large, nice bedding, nice fireplaces, kitchen has all necessary bells and whistles, and the crew that showed up to clean the drive and walks of snow did a beautiful job. Will book again next trip to Rochester. That will be our third stay at the property!

Absolutely beautiful with a beautiful outdoor space!

This is an immaculate home with an open floor plan to enjoy time with our family and friends together in one space. The bunk beds were a nice addition for the children, but could easily be enjoyed by adults in a larger group. Thank you for sharing this space with us! We had such a nice stay!

It's a stunner
