The front doors are pretty to look at, but have the originally hardware. We ask that guest only use the rear door with smart lock. The wood burning fireplace is non-operational.This is a registered Historic home, we ask you please take care of the property so future generations can enjoy the history.

The Casita is 3 lots in from Siesta Dr on a residential street. During the daytime, subtle road noise can be heard if outside. During the night time, the road traffic is minimal and hardly any road noise is heard when outside. No road noise can be heard when inside the home night or day.

Note: Being in a tropical area, pest/bugs are more commonplace. We have pest control services that come regularly, but if you notice a higher increase in pest activity let us know and we will have them come out. Guest have full access to the property and can enjoy the outdoor living spaces.
