The neighborhood is very quiet, peaceful and safe. Immerse in a tranquil cult de sac street. I love that is near everything. One block away from Publix and short walking distance to Payne Park and to nice downtown spots. Short drive (car or bike) to Main St./Downtown and Beaches.
It is very convenient if you love to stay near the beach but prefer to rest and end your day in a peaceful place away from crowded tourist places.

I love feedback and consider all of my guest ideas. My place is cozy and fully equipped. I have added everything I would need if I would be the one booking the place and added most guest suggestions to make my place more comfortable in every stay.
