Great 3 bedroom house, walking distance to many amenities, businesses. Spacious and attractive front room and large garage for securely parking vehicle inside out of the elements, easing unloading/loading process.

Cute house

The house was adorable and beds were comfy. About 15-20 min walk to UofA and Whyte Ave was only a block away with lots of eats, groceries etc. The only thing I would suggest is a wine opener. We had to go out and buy one.
