Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please put all garbage in garbage bag in black bin beside garage. Pick up all dog waste then put in black bin. All dirty dishes put in dishwasher.
No party allowed and no noise after 10:00 pm before 9 AM. If there is party and excessive visitors then reservation will be cancelled immediately
Smoking only allowed at backyard but no pot smoking allowed. No dirty shoes walking inside home

Great location and comfortable house

We stayed here while visiting Edmonton for our son’s wedding…found the place spacious. Clean and comfortable…great location, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. The property manager was responsive and very friendly, will definitely consider this property next trip to Edmonton!

Great place. Everything we needed was there. Great location. The few issues we had were dealt with promptly. Owner is great to work with. This will be our go too place in the future

Great location, quiet neighborhood, and cozy space with comfortable beds. Unfortunately the back yard wasn’t useable due to pet waste, no propane tank under bbq, and overall cleanliness could definitely be improved.

My husband and I had moved to Leduc, Alberta but our house wasn't available for 8 days. I needed a place for my husband and our dogs to stay. Friends weekend

A quick getaway with friends for the weekend in the city, and this was a great place for us to stay, as our friends had a couple of dogs. There were green spaces for walks close by, a back yard, and the garage was available for extra parking. We were able to cook a few meals in the home, while visiting and relaxing, and enjoying our own sleeping quarters at night.

The host was very responsive and friendly. There was an enclosed back yard which was great for our dog to run around. Having 3 bedrooms with queen beds was really nice specially with our 1 month stay.

Family Trip

Rented the house for a few days to visit with family in Edmonton. Property manager was easy to communicate with, home was just as expected and our stay was wonderful. Will rent again when visiting family again.

Perfect little spot

Our stay hear was fantastic. The neighborhood was excellent to walk our dog. It was close to shopping and several restaurants, and a only short drive to the LRT to venture downtown. Where we spent a couple days visiting.
