Enjoy easy access to the Square from this perfectly located on the corner of N. 16th St and Chandler Avenue Newly furnished in spring of 2022 for our guest with 3 brand new queen beds and mattresses. New living room furniture and rugs.

The Oxford Square is an approximate half mile walk away or easy Uber. This home has an amazing back porch that is quite peaceful and a favorite spot during those early spring days.

This is a cute 3 bedroom 2 bath home with a fully fenced backyard.
Other things to note
The home offers a wonderful large back porch space, which is a favorite spot to congregate before heading to the square with friends or enjoy the quiet sounds of the Avent park neighborhood while watching football on the back porch.

Easter visit

We have a student at Ole Miss and came to visit for the Easter Holiday. Great location to walk to The Square. Nice quiet neighborhood and comfortable house. Plan to rent again.

Why they chose this property

This was my first home in Oxford after my husband and I got married in 2016. Since then our family has grown and moved, but we have kept this home to share with others. Our dream one day is to move back to the area and enjoying the beautiful and highly desirable Avent Park neighborhood.
