Enjoy luxury finishes inside and beautiful skies, sunsets, and wildlife outside. Amenities include convenient trail access, covered patio, washer and dryer, walk-in shower, WiFi, and a smart TV.

One king bed and one queen sofa bed sleep up to 3 guests.

The guesthouse has a master suite with a walk-in closet.

The living area has the kitchen and a queen pull out sofa bed, great for your visitors.

The guest house is a private 1 bedroom apartment with private entrance, kitchenette, en-suite bathroom, and patio. The guest house does not share any spaces with the main house other than the exterior entryway and walkway.

The guest house has common walls (including the ceiling in the living area) with the main house.

There is a common interior door that separates the guest house from the main house. The common interior locks from both sides.

We are right next door if you need anything.

Welcome to Ironwood at Kiley Ranch. This new development is close to Bohach Elementary and Sky Ranch Middle School.

The community is about 15 minutes to downtown Sparks, 20 minutes to downtown Reno, and 50 minutes to Lake Tahoe.

There is ample street parking in the neighborhood.
Breaking any of our house rules, including quiet hours, may result in the immediate, non-refundable cancellation of your reservation.

No illegal activity, weapons, or illicit drugs are permitted on the property.

Tampering with exterior security cameras or engaging in any illegal activity on the premises will result in immediate, non-refundable cancellation of your reservation.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and anywhere on the property. This includes the improper disposal of cigarette butts in the front or back yards. A $250 fine will be charged for any smoking violation, in addition to professional cleaning and repair costs.

No Grills Allowed. Bringing a grill onto the property or grilling anywhere on the premises is strictly prohibited. A $250 fine will be charged for any violation.

Pet Policy: This is a no-pet property. If an unauthorized animal is brought onto the property, a $250 fine will be charged. This fine is separate from any additional charges for damages or if animal waste isn`t properly picked up and disposed of.

Please do not move furniture or appliances from their original placement.
