With three spacious bedrooms and 3 and a half bathrooms, this charming townhome delivers breathtaking views of the emerald-hued waters right outside your door. Whether you're taking a leisurely stroll along the shoreline, basking in the sun or just taking in the soothing sound of the surf, this idyllic location promises a serene, laid-back atmosphere for your beach retreat!



Thoughtfully designed to accommodate separate families or generations of guests with distinct sleeping areas located on the lower and third floors. The first floor welcomes you into a custom-built open bunk sleeping area, perfect for the kids or those who want a more casual, relaxed atmosphere. Step through the sliding doors to the sun deck, where you can unwind while sipping on your favorite tropical drink while taking in the scenic views of the Gulf. The sleeping area includes a custom queen/queen bunk and twin/twin bunk with the bonus of a sleeper sofa for added sleeping space. A full bathroom with double vanities and a large glass walk in shower completes this level.



Upstairs, the second level features an open-concept living area with soothing coastal shades, new flooring throughout adding to the fresh, beachy vibe of the space. Enjoy gathering together on the loveseat, sofa and queen sized sleeper sofa for additional guests. Panoramic sliding glass doors lead out to the sundeck where you will find a dining space, perfect to host alfresco meals with the surf as the perfect backdrop. Inside, the dining area features seating for 6 guests along with 4 additional barstools at the granite countertop bar. This open space is perfect for serving up seafood appetizers or cocktail hour! The beautifully remodeled kitchen with stainless appliances is fully equipped to make meal prep a breeze.



The 3rd level host the remaining sleeping arrangements. The spacious Master King Suite with private attached bathroom has a wall of windows giving dazzling views of the gulf. The 2nd King Suite offers the same serene atmosphere and peaceful decor found throughout the home.

Awesome stay at a convenient location right on the beach. There were a few maintenance issues but staff was super responsive every time. This place is steps from the beach which was great. Will return!

We had a great time and really enjoyed the private beach, much less crowded that the hotels and resorts. Everything was clean. Only issues were a broken pull-out-couch and rusty patio furniture. Parking is tight w two cars but it was fine. Would book again.

The property is clean and newly renovated. Plenty of room but very tight parking. Listed as room for four cars to park. There is room for three cars maximum. Had an issue with the downstairs air conditioner and called it in. They had someone working on it I just a little over an hour. I would highly recommend this property.

The location of the property was excellent!! The pictures of the property are as listed. The place was very spacious. The beach and daily beach chair setup was excellent!! The kitchen and bathroom amenities were as stated in the listing. We had ample clean towels, tissue and what we needed to cook meals. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck/patio however the patio set is severely rusted. Recommend a new patio table set that does not erode/rust from the ocean salt. The property had a stale or old smell to it. The floors needed to be mopped. Recommend a deep cleaning of the property. We did reach out to the host due to needing a clean comforter for one of the beds and they responded promptly the same day. Host customer service was good. We will book again. Thank you!

10/10 on location!! You can’t get closer to the beach than this townhouse!This townhouse was perfect for our family of 8. Huge back deck that is literally 10 steps from the beach. It comes with a set of chairs/umbrella that the beach boys had set up before 7am every morning. We were there 4th of July week the beach was crowded to our left and right but was perfect in front of the townhouse! Not crowded at all. I cannot say enough good things about the location!! Did I mention you are literally 10 steps from the beach!!?? We will definitely book here again!!Host was easy to get ahold of for the few issues we had. Things to note—-there are plenty of plates, glasses, silverware, skillets, but if you plan to cook you might need to bring your own mixing bowls, measuring cups, crockpot, etc. we couldn’t find any of these essentials. All mattresses were very comfortable except one in one of the masters upstairs—it needs replacing soon. You can park 4 cars if they are small. We had 2 tahoes and a suburban, we didn’t have any trouble pulling 2 vehicles very close to the townhouse and then parking the 3rd vehicle parallel to the road behind the 2 others. Overall we definitely recommend staying here at Summerhaven 3

Can’t beat the views + beach access

Very pleased that we were able to book this kind of late in the summer! You cannot beat the views and the beach access. It was amazing. I also love how beach space with chairs and umbrellas were available, as well as extra rentals. A few things to note I think guests should know; parking was kind of a nightmare. No one followed rules and would park wherever- meaning in our spot if we were not there: we were constantly asking people to move- and we only had 2 vehicles. When we first got there the downstairs air was not working- it was over 80 degrees at one point. I tried reaching property people through VRBO (since that’s where I booked), but could not get ahold of anyone. After 24 hours, we called VRBO directly where they called the management group. Where we were told by th they’d really only respond if we contacted them directly which was kind of odd since they listed on VRBO. Anyway- after that mishap, they took care of the issue right away and sent someone out and it was fixed that day. Also of note so people can be prepared. While there was pots and pans and ample kitchen items, there were *no* consumables. Trash bags. Paper towels, extra TP, salt/pepper, coffee. Which is fine- we just weren’t prepared. Oh and BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS!!! Other than that, the property was spotless, the bathrooms are gorgeous, the beds were clean and comfortable- and agin THE VIEWS. The patios were wonderful, we had a grill to cook, STEPS down the stairs to the beach.
