Enter through the front door of our home and you'll be greeted by our open concept living room and kitchen area. To the left, you'll see our bright, inviting living room, which is complete with bright blue walls, driftwood accents, an electric fireplace, two cozy leather couches and a 55-inch Smart TV with Apple TV streaming connected.
Between the living room and kitchen area, you'll find a wooden island with four barstools, a built-in wine rack and TONS of board games! In the kitchen, you'll have access to our fully stocked cabinets. Here, you'll find everything you could ever need to create your favorite meals or baked goods.
At the end of the day, settle into one of our three beds:
(1) Our first bedroom has a Queen-size bed, dresser, closet, 35-inch TV with DVD player and nearby bathroom.

Experience the sights and sounds of the Ozark Mountains in one of our many outdoor living spaces! On the top patio, enjoy your morning cup of coffee in one of our two lounge chairs overlooking the Mulberry River. Step onto our side patio to overlook our yard and sweeping views of the river. Here, you'll have access to our BBQ grill and a small seating area. Through a door on the porch, you'll enter our screened-in Sun Room with seating and, of course, great views! Out back, you'll find a fire pit, perfect for roasting marshmallows and telling campfire stories. Back here, you'll also have access to set up our disc golf goal and cornhole boards. Near the water, you'll find our pergola, which has string lights and plenty of seating as well as a bench swing.
While you're here, enjoy staying right ON the Mulberry River! This is the perfect location for riding, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, swimming, hiking and having fun with family and friends. ★ Byrd's Adventure Center (~18 miles)
★ Ozark Highlands Hiking Trail access along HWY 23 (~18 miles)
★ Ultimate ATV/SXS Adventure: seamlessly access the Ozark National Forest trails directly from our cabin at the Bibb's Ford or Milton Ford crossings along the Mulberry River. The Bibb's Ford crossing is conveniently located just 1 mile away from the cabin while the Milton Ford crossing is located just 4 miles away from the cabin, both accessible via county roads that ensure a smooth journey. To stay up to date with water levels, please consult the Turner Bend website's water level gauge section, specifically dedicated to the Ozark, Arkansas area. Please note that both the Bibb's and Milton Ford crossings should only be traversed if the water gauge level is 2 ft or lower.
Getting Around:
Navigating the Cabin's Driveway: The cabin's driveway, Clyde Brown Road, offers a unique pathway through the captivating National Forest. Cancellations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancellation policy. Guests are solely responsible for preparing for their stays accordingly by checking water levels ahead of their stays.
