Amazing home located in a quiet cul-de-sac. 4 master bedrooms and 1 bunk room with 4 full-size beds. All main level living. Bonus loft upstairs with Xbox and bathroom. Upgrades throughout the home! Enormous kitchen island, Pool/spa are featured on the DIY network and will have you spending hours enjoying the sun. Located 18 minutes from Lake Mead and 20 minutes from the strip. Boat parking on the side of the home with easy access. No parties allowed. Registered with Henderson city: STR-096790 The whole home is included. There are a few closets locked with supplies for the home. Our home is an amazing retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. Relax by the pool and enjoy the quiet all around The whole home is available and you will have it to yourself I am always available via text or email Close to many shopping malls, grocery stores, restaurants and casinos Uber is always available and easy to use This home is great for a family get away! We do not allow any parties or more then 14 guests as per City ordinance. Fines will be imposed of $1500 and immediate removal from property if any party is thrown.

What an amazing home and beautiful neighborhood. Perfect for a larger group, pool was great for a hot day. Plenty of room for everyone. Would definitely stay again, thank you!

Great place for the Boys

Came to Vegas with a group of guys for our Fantasy Football draft. We are all sober so the quiet hours wasn't a problem.
