Welcome to Mile End! Our beloved property boasts two separate master suites; perfect for multiple families and/or couples. Just a short 20 minute drive and you'll find yourself at State Farm Stadium. You will be within driving distance of multiple spring training facilities, parks, and golf courses as well as within walking distance of the neighborhood park and basketball court. Finally, bathe in the sun or take a refreshing dip in the newly refinished pool. You'll be itching to come back again!

The property is very well maintained, inside and out, no issues. The communication with the host(s) was great, no delays, quick turnaround communication. Wonderful house with lots of room. Very quiet, only a neighbor on one side. Pool and hot tub were nice! Kitchen has all the amenities. Large bedrooms with seperate baths. Very clean and comfy. We had a great time and will be back!

Baseball Weekend

Stayed here to play in a baseball tournament and take in some spring training baseball. House was a perfect fit for us. Plenty of space and rooms. We spent most of our time in the super comfy family room. Kids loved shooting pool and playing at the park and basketball court. The pool and spa were great. Connor was easy to communicate with and very responsive.Gated community was super clean and quiet.

The home was lovely. It was perfect for our small family gathering to celebrate my Grandpa's 100th birthday. The layout was perfect with two king suites and plenty of space throughout the house. Communication with the owners was terrific! We'd definitely stay here again.

I was born in Arizona, raised in Utah, but found myself back in Arizona for the last 5 years. My husband and I love all that Arizona has to offer and love raising our kids here. We have a passion for home and hope to be able to share that with you.

Why they chose this property


Mile End stems from my dad's childhood elementary school, where his Father (Grandad) had also attended in Aberdeen, Scotland. My father came to the US to attend college in 1987 and met my mother three years later when they were both playing college soccer. In July of 1999, Mom, Dad, and their four children moved to Arizona and became high school teachers. The following October, Granny and Grandad, while on holiday from Scotland, surprised everyone when they purchased a home in Surprise as well. This home was a mile away from Mom, Dad, and the kids: Mile End. Grandad's vision was for Mile End to be a holiday home for friends and family all over the world. When Granny and Grandad's health took them back to Scotland permanently, Mom and Dad decided to bring the Mile End dream to life! We hope you love Mile End as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

Inside: Mile end is unique in that it boasts two master suites. The primary master features a walk-in closet, double sink vanity, separate water closet, and a walk-in shower. It also features French doors that lead directly to the pool. The second master suite also features a walk in closet, vanity, water room, and walk-in shower. Bedroom number three and four share a full bathroom with a tub and shower. Our home features two living areas, a formal sitting room as well as a multi functional family room with two TVs, a pool table, roulette wheel, extra large sectional, mini fridge, and an always stocked game and snack closet. The Kitchen and dining area comfortably sits eight adults.

Outside: Perhaps the best feature Mile End has to offer is the private oasis that is the backyard. Sip your morning coffee on the comfortable patio furniture or catch some rays pool side. Chilly Arizona night? Spend it with friends in the large in ground hot tub.
