A beautiful home to stay in.. Had a few issues that were addressed and resolved for the most part. We spend a lot of time outside and enjoyed the lanai and pool. Communication was great. I would stay here again.

Nice pool and hot tub. Nice to be on the water. Very quick response and action on the 1 or 2 requests while we were there. Highly recommend.

The property managers were very gracious and flexible, and answered our questions in a timely manner. The pool area, tiki hut and kayaks were a big hit. The upstairs master needs a bit of improvement and the kitchen, although beautiful with some of the prettiest stone work, has a variety of items that are missing their other part (ie, a blender base with no top; scratched pots and pans; a knife set missing many knives; a set of plastic bowls with 2 of them cracked). This house is gorgeous and in a great location - it just needs a few things repaired and purchased for a 5/5.

Hi Mandie! We're glad you enjoyed your stay! We wish you had let us know during your stay about some of these small kitchen items, as we would have correct that the same day. We have got a new blender lid, additional knives and replaced the bowls.

Swimming pool

Everything was great, but we did have an issue with swimming pool. When we woke up the next morning our 2nd day there all the water was gone out of the pool. Other than that everything was great

Thank you for your review Lakeysha. We are glad you enjoyed your stay! I do want to provide additional information about the pool for any future guests. The water level did drop by about 1-2 feet, but not even close to all the water was gone out of the pool. The cause of this issue was resolved the same morning and within a couple of hours the autofill had refilled the missing water.
