Liked: Communication, location, listing accuracy

Location is the only plus

Read carefully: there is an additional resort fee due when you check in that isn’t covered through VRBO! The property has not been well cared for. Everything is dirty: the open seating in the lounge area on the first floor has dingy and stained chairs. The elevators are very slow. The rooms were somewhat cleaner but there was obvious mold and mildew in the shower and the air vents had a thick layer of dust. Our first night the AC didn’t work and there were no towels in the room to start. The property was able to move us to a new room with working AC which was appreciated (still had to request towels).
