Spacious 4 bedroom home with plenty of indoor and outdoor activities. Enjoy the Multi-level deck overlooking the lake, 1 acre of property to enjoy yard games or just hanging out, 2 fire pits, use of kayaks, paddle boards, row boat and petal boat are included. Enjoy the lake on the property or any of the 3 HOA beaches around the lake that include facilities, volleyball and large sand beaches. Not a fan of swimming in lakes? Fine, refresh yourself in one of the 2 HOA heated swimming pools.

For nights and days that the weather isn't cooperating, you have use of a large game-room in the home that has a large screen TV, poker table, pool table, air hockey, darts, Golden Tee arcade, Silver Strike Bowling arcade and a multicade arcade game with tons of the classics games like Donkey Kong, Pac Man, and Dig Dug. There are also 3 TV's in the home for use.

If golf is your thing, then you found the right place. The Lake Arrowhead HOA has 2 Golf Digest rated courses 5 minutes away, world renown Sand Valley Golf Resort is 10 minutes away and at least 4 other great courses within 30 to 45 minutes of the home.

Finally, there are lots and lots of AVT trails to use in the area along with the states larges AVT Park, Dyracuse Park.
