All Linens are Washed and Bleached Every Time for the Highest Sanitation Requirements. Gold Star washes our High-Quality Linens before every new Guest's arrival. We mean every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillowcase, and dish towel EVERY TIME. Gold Star uses the very best commercial washing machines and dryers. All linens are washed in high-heat commercial washers with select EPA and Environmentally Safe detergents and bleach for complete and thorough sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to ensure there is no cross-contamination.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
All of our guests deserve the highest standard of professionally cleaned Units by professional cleaners. This has been one of Gold Star's highest priorities and foundations of our company since entering the industry. Spotlessness equals protection, and we are doing everything possible to ensure that your family has the cleanest accommodations possible. Our full-time professional cleaning staff utilizes Eco-Friendly approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before new each new guest's arrival. We do not use Cleaning Companies to clean our properties. Our cleaners work for Gold Star, and each staff member is assigned to clean the same property stay after stay. You can be certain that our properties are thoroughly disinfected. To ensure our linens are properly laundered, we follow specialized processes using high-heat commercial washers and dryers to clean, disinfect, and kill germs. Finally, after each clean is completed, our professional inspectors thoroughly evaluate the unit to ensure that EVERY condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for Gold Star White Glove Treatment.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
This unit is located in the 3rd Building on the West side of the beachside property. You will use the 2nd entrance to enter the property, and you may take the stairs located at the front of the building or the elevator located at the back of the building. Two parking spaces are available underneath the building.

This complex offers 2 outdoor pools, one located beachside and the other directly across the street. Also, across the street, you will find a newly built pier overlooking the Lagoon, perfect for those who love to fish! A BBQ area with charcoal grills and picnic tables is located to the left of the pool right next to the boardwalk leading out to the beach.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This property allows long-term Snowbird rental rates from November 1st through the end of February. Monthly reservations must be made directly with Gold Star Vacation Rentals.
