Fantastic location directly across from one of the best beaches in the South. Main public beach access directly across the street with public restrooms and shower. Walking distance to many of Gulf Shores greatest attractions. Perfect for Hang Out Fest, Shrimp Fest, NCAA Beach Volleyball weekend, Spring Break and making many summer memories.

Two level Condo featuring three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Plenty of room for up to 9 people. Main level bedroom has Queen size bed and a full bathroom. Second floor features a master bedroom with a king size bed and a third bedroom with three twin beds. Full bathroom on second level. Full size washer and dryer on second level. Kitchen is recently updated with granite countertops and new flooring. Shiplap? We have plenty. Living room has shiplap wall and seating for all your guests. There is a great balcony off the master bedroom with spectacular views of the Gulf. A second balcony is off the living room

Plenty of parking for up to three cars and all of your toys. Outdoor storage shed with beach wagon available for your use. Picnic table and outdoor grill for some additional outdoor living. Tired of the beach? Then come back and relax in the outdoor pool.

What a perfect stay, with plenty of room for the family. It’s right by the crosswalk so you can get to the public beach very easily. The unit itself was perfect and had everything we needed.The location is a little bit noisy because of where it’s located, but other than that, it was great. We had zero problems.

I want to provide an honest and accurate review of the property in hopes that other travelers have a better depiction before booking because we were very dissappointed. First off I'll start by saying typically when we've booked through VRBO the host always sends us check-in info at least a few days prior to the stay, that did not happen, I was messaging the host for info the day prior to our stay, she stated she'd inform me of the code when the space was ready and available, I didn't receive the info until just a few hours prior to check-in time, our check in was at 4pm, we arrived promptly to find that housekeeping hadn't even arrived, so we had to wait an additional hour for a rushed clean-up, the host said she would refund the cleaning fee, that did not happen. When we finally got inside the unit we were dismayed to find that not only were there things left from the previous guests but the unit itself is in desperate need of some TLC the walls and baseboards are dusty and dirty the carpet on the stairs and the upstairs rooms is filthy one of the rooms was very malodorous. We couldn't cool it down below 78-80 degrees then one of the breakers blew which took nearly 24 hours to fix. It lists a private grill as an amenty that has changed and is no longer allowed, there are only 2 community grills available for all the units. We also killed a handful of cockroaches. We ended up leaving a day early bc the heat inside was unbearable.. My advice please look elsewhere to book!

Great location

We were able to enjoy this wonderful property during the Sand in my Boots festival and it served us perfectly. With a fair walking distance to the hangout, quick access to the beach and relaxing pool, the property offered us everything we could have asked. The facilities inside the home were very nice and had all of the kitchen utensils we needed.

This is a perfect location across the street from the public beach access and walkable distance to restaurants and a grocery store. There was ample space for our group and it was very nice to have a washer and dryer in unit. There was a slight mix up with check in, but the host was quick to fix the situation.

Fun little beach stay

My guests and I absolutely loved this property. It was within perfect walking distance from several stores, restaurants, and the beach itself. Don't worry about bringing pool/beach toys because the host has some already at the property! We had everything we needed and would definitely stay there again
