The balcony in this unit is bow shaped with glass railings with magnificent sweeping views from the 23rd floor balcony. Your beautiful unobstructed view reflects miles of white sugar sand and ocean waves that greet you as you sip your morning coffee on the balcony. The tropical hues of the sky turn brilliant colors as the sun sets and the pier down the beach becomes illuminated against the night sky. It is like having your own secluded slice of paradise

One of the best floor plans in AQUA, the unit features two king-size bedrooms, both opening to a huge balcony facing the Gulf of Mexico. Also opening to the balcony, the living room has a large comfortable sectional and a large 65" Smart TV. The living room opens to a full kitchen with black stone counters, bar/breakfast counter, a large refrigerator with icemaker, and all new Kitchen Aid appliances. The kitchen is well-equipped with good knives, pots and pans, and many small appliances one would expect to find in one's own kitchen.

The main bedroom has an elegant king poster bed, 55" TV, walk-in closet, sliding door to balcony and a full in-suite bath with granite counters and separate tub and a large shower. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed, dresser, 55" TV, a closet, and a floor-to-ceiling glass wall facing the Gulf. The 3rd bedroom has a sturdy double bunk (both top and bottom have proper double mattresses, a separate twin trundle, a dresser, a closet, and a full en-suite bath. The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer and all bedrooms come with cables for gaming.
