Ocean Reef is one of the most conveniently located condos in Panama City Beach! Across the street, enjoy Hidden Lagoon Super Go-Cart Track and Putt-Putt Golf, or walk over to enjoy the refreshing ice cream. Also, directly across the street, you will find the delicious A'more Donuts, Fun Land Grill and Arcade, and gift shops. Fabulous dining and drinks are just two doors down at one of the best, if not "the best," beach-front restaurant's on the beach - Runaway Island offers exquisite cuisine, seafood, steak, and beach-front dining options. Beautiful Stay

I would definitely stay here again! The Ocean Reef is close to literally everything we wanted to do and it was all around nice. The parking garage to the beds themselves & don't even get .e started on the view! The only issue we had was that the garbage disposal didn't work, but once addressed, it was fixed the next day!

Nice Fall Break Stay

Nice stay overall. Property was clean and in a great location to walk to several restaurants. Some general maintenance wouldn't hurt, we had a sink that wouldn't drain and a fresh coat of paint would've done wonders. The unit had essentials, but could've used more - for instance, there were only 2 large glasses provided...just the little details that we could really tell this was not a privately owned/managed unit. Definitely worked well for our Fall Break stay with 3 adults and 2 teenagers. Parking spots are VERY tight if you have an SUV.

Great location and property!!!

Great location with walking distance to several restaurants, which is a huge plus!!! The condo was clean and comfortable. The only complaint is it's a 4 bedroom, but they only left 4 bands and the property is serious about the bands!!! You will not get in the pool or bathroom area without them. They also only have 1 parking spot for a 4 bedroom! All my kids drive and that was a problem!!! Security interrogated everyone about the number of people staying in our condo when they requested an off site parking pass. My sister also visited one day and she received the same treatment and questions. I understand rules and appreciate them, but common sense tells you that a bigger unit will have more people. Understanding the parking fiasco up front, would have been helpful. But, we did have a great time!!!
