Great stay!

The condo was awesome! It is steps from the beach. And I love that we had such a large balcony. The location is near good food, entertainment and shopping.

Peace and Relaxation

This property was everything the listing said! The views on the balcony of sunrise and sunset were amazing. The water was clear and beach full of white sand. My family loved every minute and so definitely be back!

Greta's Ocean Front Condo

My family and I had a wonderful time during our stay. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and very clean. Everything in the advertisement was just as written. Parking and entrance into the condo into condo was very easy. The complimentary beach chairs with the umbrella was a plus. Thank you so much for making our stay one to remember.

Wonderful beach front condo!

We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. So hard to find a 4 bedroom condo on the beach and it was just what we needed for 7 people including 3 couples. The walk to the beach was the shortest we have ever had on any beach trip. So convenient! The little extras included in the rental were a huge plus. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, none of the elevators were working. So our party of 8 brought all of our stuff up 11 flights of stairs. The oven was dirty, the cold air return was dirty. There was sand all over the shelves that we used for a pantry. The kitchen didn’t have one cookie sheet or one cutting board. The master bed definitely needs replaced. When paying a premium price for a beachfront , I expect the accommodations to not be sub-par. When choosing a condo to book for vacation, I’d look elsewhere.

Room was great. Clean and organized. Only thing we found was the ice maker in the fridge did not work but we managed just fine buying a couple of bags of ice. Loved the location. Less crowded on the beach than others I’ve stayed at. Chair rental guy was great too. We will stay here again definitely.

Spacious well maintained Condo

Condo was clean, well stocked and maintained. Group of 5 ladies with plenty of room. Close to good restaurants. Only complaint was the elevator situation. 1 of the 3 was out of service. Long wait time upon arrival. Other than the elevator issue it was a wonderful location.

The condo unit was excellent. The location is great. The condo rental agent was awesome. The building had numerous problems though. One elevator out of service for the entire week we were there. On the last day of our trip only one out of three elevators was working. I did not like paying a lot of money for a condo to walk up stairs for 11 floors. Also, fire alarm testing/work was going on for three days during our trip and we had a rude fire alarm technician banging on our door early in the morning and his attitude was quickly corrected by my wife.

The perfect place for us

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here March 3-6, 2022. This was before peak season, and neither the beach nor the building were crowded at all. That made for a wonderful experience. We never had to wait for the elevators. The condo is decorated in a very pleasing way, and met all our needs. The beds are so comfortable, and we all remarked how well we slept. The little wagon provided for taking stuff to the beach was a nice bonus.The location is fantastic, as it is a little bit removed from the busy area. I have no complaints at all.

Reviewer Comments: The property looks as advertised, and is generally well maintained, but the "Queen" beds were not really queen-sized mattresses but full-sized and the owner never responded to our request to unlock the closets in the back guest rooms so that they could be used during our visit. There were rules about not using the washcloths to remove makeup, but overall the towels were basically a step above car wash towels in quality. The parking, building access, beach access, kitchen and laundry amenities, and the size of the rental unit raised the rating of the overall stay to acceptable.

The beds are 60 inches wide which is the proper width for a queen bed (a full size bed is only 54 inches wide). We wish you had called or emailed us about the towels as we could have easily delivered you brand new ones. We are on-site on the 6th floor and strive to provide fabulous service to our guests. I apologize that you didn't hear back regarding the locked owner's closet door in the guest rooms. We have spoken to the owner about this issue and they are going to get it resolved so that the closets are available to our guests to use. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Overall, I was somewhat disappointed with our stay, although there were several things we appreciated about the condo. The kitchen was well stocked, and the condo overall had many of the supplies and amenities we needed. The balcony was also nicely furnished and offered an excellent view. The unit was at a great height—not too high and not too low—which made the balcony especially enjoyable.However, there were several maintenance issues that negatively affected our experience. The refrigerator’s ice maker did not work, one of the kitchen cabinet doors was missing, and the bathroom sink became clogged. There was also condensation leaking from the HVAC vent in the bathroom, causing water to drip on my head while I was standing at the mirror.We also experienced major problems with the elevators. At times, they were not working properly, and it occasionally took 10 to 15 minutes to get an elevator. I understand that the elevator issues were not the condo owner’s fault, but they still had a significant impact on our stay.The condo has several positive features, especially the well-stocked interior, furnished balcony, and excellent view. However, the maintenance issues should be addressed to provide guests with a more comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Wonderful Family Vacation

July 2024 Stay

We absolutely loved our stay at the condo. The condo was very clean and had all the kitchen accessories we needed as well. The view was amazing. I enjoyed waking up each morning and just looking out into the gulf. The only issue we had was the rudeness of the beach attendants handling the chairs and umbrellas that came with the unit. In our last day they sold the chairs we used all week to other people. They entered our check out date incorrectly. Rather than fixing the issue with me the gentleman got on his four wheeler cursing, drove to his stand, continues to help others while he sold the number right in front of me that I used all week rather than trying to help me (who was there first) then tried to move me to the far end which I explained my parents were disable and could not walk that far. Him and the other gentleman on speaker phone stated it wasn’t their problem they were disable as he continued to curse and had the nerve to say I was rude. Needless to say we left the beach that day! Unprofessional
