Guests can enjoy BBQ grills, direct beach access, elevators, and a sun deck surrounding the pool area. Parking is available for one vehicle in the garage and an additional parking spot in the open lot just across the street from the resort.

The third bedroom features a queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the guest bathroom. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and a private en suite bathroom.

The second bathroom, attached to the second master suite, features a vanity, a tub/shower combo, and a closet. The third bathroom has a tub/shower combo, a vanity, and a front-loading washer and dryer; it can be accessed from the first guest bedroom or the main living area. The fourth bathroom is an ensuite connected to the second guest bedroom and includes a tub/shower combo and a vanity.

✔ Guests are not permitted to have pets on the property.
✔ The reserved garage parking spot cannot accommodate large vehicles. The open lot operates on a first-come, first-served basis. For additional parking, there is a city lot located just past the open parking area, which charges $6.00 per day. Guests can pay using the Passport Parking app on their smartphone.
