The third bedroom features a queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the guest bathroom. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and a private en suite bathroom.

The second bathroom, attached to the second master suite, features a vanity, a tub/shower combo, and a closet. The third bathroom has a tub/shower combo, a vanity, and a front-loading washer and dryer; it can be accessed from the first guest bedroom or the main living area. The fourth bathroom is an ensuite connected to the second guest bedroom and includes a tub/shower combo and a vanity.

✔ Guests are not permitted to have pets on the property.

✔ The reserved garage parking spot cannot accommodate large vehicles. The open lot operates on a first-come, first-served basis. For additional parking, there is a city lot located just past the open parking area, which charges $13.00 per day. Guests can pay using the Passport Parking app on their smartphone.
