Our upscale condo features all-new wood-slate tile flooring throughout, upgraded furniture, and tons of high-end upgrades including the fountain, a sectional sofa in the living room, and updated furniture. The condo was perfect for our family. We loved the spacious condo and the balcony. We had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of towels for everyone. This place was awesome, beautiful, breathtaking and more!! Everything we needed! Glad to have 2 double beds instead of the king for me a my bestie! A few things to replace, the crank can opener, the whisk, and put WD 40 on the patio doors, they’re so hard to open. Have the cleaning crew wash the shears, check the dryer! We loved it and will certainly try to come back, the trip from Austin to PCB is a killer though!

Spring Break Vacation

First time to the area and we absolutely loved it! The condo was just as described! Everyone enjoyed the view and we even got to enjoy the jets flying overhead! The heated pool was great to have since we only got to go to the ocean one day with every other day having double red flags! The staff was extremely nice and helpful

Excellent Stay

This was a girls trip that we take every year..This condo was awesome..it was beautifully decorated..it looked just like the pictures...great access to the beach. The views from the roof terrace patio were breathtaking..Shopping and resaturants were minutes away.. We will definitely be returning next year..

Fantastic Stay

Wow what a view

We’ll stocked and spacious condo!

Great location with beautiful ocean views! Has access from balcony to a big porch on the rooftop, this fact eliminates the feeling of being high above ground when you’re on the balcony (16th floor). Condo has a lot of space and is well stocked! The overall condo appearance and privacy curtains does show some signs of worn out.. Dishes was not very clean. Overall we liked this place and would definitely consider coming back!

Relaxing

Love the condo. Great view of well everything really. The bed I sank right into. Exactly what I needed after a 6hr drive. I want the same bed now at my house. The TV in the first bedroom did not work. The rest of the TV's did work just fine. Only down fall is the elevator. Waiting on one and hoping it's not packed sometimes took up to 20minutes. Traffic was stop and go so the location of the condo was great since we all chose to just walk everywhere for the most part. Soaked in the atmosphere around us. I've never stayed in anything across the beach, always right on, so I didn't know how much I'd like it. Over all it is by far my favorite condo I've ever stayed in at any beach I've gone to visit. Highly recommend to anyone.

Best View!

This condo has the best view of all we have stayed at in Origin. Condo itself was nice and very spacious. Lots of glass items through out the place. There was a lamp that was plug in and smelled burning and it was unplugged with no issues. We did alert Blue Swell of this issue. Hopefully they took the lamp out of the condo and to the trash! It shocked my husband when he went to unplug it. We asked for a early check in and they wanted to charge us for it. We felt that was quite ridiculous. Other than that, everything was up to par with the list. Hope everyone in the future enjoys there stay here!

Beautiful Condo, Cleaning terrible

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is beautiful, the cleaning company that is hired to clean the place should be fired. The place was filthy upon check-in. Sand everywhere along with food from the prior people on the floor and the floor was filthy. The refrigerator leaks as well and had water all over the floor from this. Then the air conditioner went out. It was a stressful first couple of days to say the least with all the issues. I am happy that the cleaning was fixed, someone came out to clean the floors and we were refunded the cleaning charge. The air conditioner was also fixed within the hour.

The unit was nice with nice view, nicely decorated but Beds were very soft and did not sleep well

The complex needs a better beach access with a hose and better way to clean sand off your things , it is shared with a few hotels. Unit cane with beach service which was nice but every single day you felt you were being harassed by the beach service guys as each day that questioned you about renting the chairs and umbrella and never wrote down like they said they would each day , your unit and the time frame of stay with the chairs and umbrella you tried to reserve . The bath tubs would not drain well and took forever. There was only a few wash cloths left for a unit that can sleep 10?? We only had 3 adults with our stay and ran out of wash cloths several times during the week. And most importantly the unit had not been cleaned well at all when we arrived . There was dust on everything and sand and dirt on floor as if it had even been swept. My grandsons feet were so dirty with sand and dirt after him walking on it within the first hour we arrived. We had to change one of the beds sheets because Iwe found black hairs all in it as if it they had not been changed !

Overall Good Unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived on Saturday to some concerning issues - 1 - Ice Maker in the fridge didn't work. 2- Water feature was not running which was not a issue but the water standing in the feature was full of black mold. We had three littles, 5, 3 and 1 which was a major health concern. 3- Toilet in the 1/2 bath's handle was broken. 4 - Dishes had been put away with dried food left on them. 5- No Hair dryer in the unit. We did reach out to maintenance who corrected all issues (except we washed all dishes to be safe) except the ice maker. They were unable to get it fixed during our stay. This was not idea because the complex didn't have an ice maker and we had to buy ice for $4 a bag on four separate occasions. Overall the unit was beautiful and perfect for our family vacation. Again - Maintenance was quick to respond and they were very nice and responsive when we reached out to them. The balcony was our favorite part! Unbelievable views and convenience! We would definitely consider staying here again.

Has potential to be perfect

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After driving for 11 hours we pulled into the parking garage & headed for the third floor per the suggestion of Blue Swell via the check in instructions. When we entered level 2 we heard a god awful noise: it was our luggage in the roof rack, scraping the parking garage ceiling, 3 suitcases, cracked/ruined. Got to the rental on the 16th floor, after waiting for an elevator for about 30 minutes, only to find it filthy. There were clothes left in drawers, food/bottles left under the bed & living room floor. The entire units floor was so nasty, it turned our feet black. The whole place was dusty/dirty. I went to Walmart, spent $100 on cleaning supplies, & cleaned the unit myself. Our feet were still black after mopping myself, with a brand new mop, 5 times. There are stains on the furniture thru out. Fingerprints from dirt on the doors in the bedrooms. There was a broken cabinet in a bedroom with the door just leaning up against the side, no ice maker, no light above the stove, a broken garbage disposal, the dryer hardly works (it took 3 cycles to dry our swimsuits) & small appliances had missing pieces so they were useless. I took pictures, but didn’t call because obviously if it’s not done right the first time, it probably won’t be the second either. For what we paid for this unit, and fees, it should have been spotless. I understand that things break, & stains happen, but review after review shows this isn’t a one time thing. Once it was clean enough to enjoy, we did just that. The views were amazing, and weather was perfect.

Our Family Vacation

Great Views & Wonderful Location

The private terrace was perfect for sunbathing or late night cocktails. The beach service provided by the unit was perfect as was the close beach access. However there were a few things that ... The pullout couch is in the master bedroom and there's not enough room to fold it out. You have to manipulate the water to get it hot. It was also dusty and sandy on the floor (very minor thing). If you cook, bring a sharp knife, lol. Now if you have children they won't be able to have floats or toss beach balls in the pool which was strange. Origins is located across the street from Sharkey's and just down the street from Senor Frogs and Zolla's Pizza. Top Golf and Walmart are just around the corner. All in all it was a comfortable unit with Beautiful views.

Our Spring break with family..

Our stay at this location was amazing! I would have to say that this was one of our best bookings we have had. The unit was very clean & spacious. Everything was very well stocked & it was very cozy & comfortable! Omg the rooftop was very breathtaking & peaceful. We will definitely be booking this unit again for our future plans. Thanks for a wonderful Spring break for my family!
