This is a privately owned condo, and the furnishings are very nice. Newly painted, New Flooring installed tile & LVP (No Carpet). We decorated this condo to be your choice for all your trips to the gulf coast. It was furnished with comfort in mind so you can truly relax. Living room has two large leather sofas which have recliners on each side. Plus 2 comfortable swivel chairs.

Let the chef in you come out in this amazing, updated chef's kitchen., fully stocked even has a slow cooker, air fryer. Make your meals while at the beach or only in minutes after you return. Enjoy the Dining area, as there is a spot for everyone to enjoy meals.

Family Vacation

We have stayed in condos all over the country. This was probably our best one. It’s big and it had absolutely everything you needed. Thank you so much. We had a great time and hopefully will be back next season.

A week in paradise

We absolutely loved our time at the Panama City Beach condo! We saved money for years to take this vacation and we are so grateful that we chose the condo that we did. Tina was responsive when we had questions. The unit was well-supplied with everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner. The views are just as the pictures show...breathtaking. I hope that we are blessed enough to be able to visit this vwry same place again in the future. 10/10

Nice Condo

The condo was very clean and well-equipped. The resort is very nice with lots of amenities. The washer will only fill approximately 1/4 full, so loads need to be small. The description of the pools is misleading. One pool and splash pad is located across the street beside the parking garage. Very inconvenient. We have vacationed at PCB for many years, and this was the first time we were not able to get into our condo early.

We are from Huntsville Alabama, excited to own this wonderful condominium, it is a lifelong dream of ours. We love the beach, the warmth, & the amazing complex. It has it all. We wanted a condo right on the beach.

Why they chose this property

The location on the beach is just amazing. Emerald Beach Resort just makes me feel that I am where I need to be. We are right down a hop, skip & jump from Pier Park. We can shop, mostly eat at all of the amazing eateries, stores. WE love walking the Pier, watching the fishermen bring in the fish. We love having all of the pools, the fitness center. The complex is kept up so beautifully. The elevators are quick. We just love everything about it.
