We had the best trip with our family. We had zero complaints about anything in the condo or resort. It was well stocked and so beautiful! Ray was so kind and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back here when we can!

We had a great time and the condo was wonderful! It was clean, with plenty of beds and bathrooms! Communication was great with Ray. I messaged him that the coffee maker and the ice maker were not working properly and he brought us a brand new coffee maker and 2 bags of ice. We would definently come back! The views are fantastic! Loved it!

This condo has everything my family needed and more. There are beach things, tons of kitchen things, extra bedding, etc. It was plenty of room for everyone in my family to hang out without being on top of each other. Communication was lovely and every part made our vacation lovely.

The whole family loved the condo and beach! Very comfortable, roomy, clean, well-stocked, great balcony, comfy beds. Communication with hosts was very pleasant and helpful. Simple check-in and out. Beach chair and umbrella quantity and quality was the best ever, Easy walk to Runaway Island restaurant on the beach, cant’t imagine better, no need to drive. Perfect beach vacation, thank you!!!

The condo was even more spacious and functional than it looked in the pictures. We had 4 adults and 6 kids 10 and under and we never felt crowded. Kitchen was one of the best stocked and we cooked almost every day. No complaints on the beds, with 5 stars for the linens. And location was great! The condo layout was a little cumbersome with all the different elevators and crossovers, but wouldn’t keep us from staying again. The floors could have stood to be cleaner, but I’ve learned that almost no beach property has clean floors. There was unfortunately a very rowdy group staying before us who did some damage, but Ray was very communicative and did everything he could to minimize the effects on our stay and still let us check in early. Overall a wonderful stay!

Our stay in the penthouse at Emerald Beach Resort in PCB was absolutely amazing! The view was breathtaking and made every morning and evening unforgettable. The condo had everything we needed and truly felt like a home away from home.Tina and Ray were wonderful to work with and answered all of my questions in a timely manner, making the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.We made so many great memories and already can’t wait to return next April!
