Introducing ‘The Poppy House’! New to our program and offering plenty of space, this grand, coastal home promises the best of both worlds, as it allows its guests to easily access all the wonderful amenities of Seaside, as well as provides a peaceful place to retreat and relax after a long day in town, or at the beach. Beautifully outfitted with spacious, front porches that overlook the vast croquet lawns, and situated just steps to the pools, fitness center, tennis courts, playground, and sand volleyball, ‘The Poppy House’ has it all.
Welcoming you at the front entrance is a large open air porch complete with outdoor dining for four and an additional two more lounge rockers the perfect set up for dining al fresco or a favorite morning coffee spot. The first level of the home features an open, airy studio-style layout. This level features a King master bedroom with its own privacy door, a full bath (tub shower combo), two spacious living areas, each with a large sofa, a flatscreen TV, a washer and dryer, and an open, eat-in kitchenette/dining area that faces one of the living spaces. This kitchen has everything you need, besides a stove, which can be found just up the stairs. This first floor is a great option for any additional guests who desire to have their own space or can serve an extra ‘hangout’ spot during your stay.
Head up the stairs to the second floor to be greeted by a bright, inviting, open living area, complete with a full kitchen, the second bedroom with a king bed, a private full bath, a large dining table, and living area with a flatscreen TV. The second level provides access to a private, oversized balcony porch, featuring an outdoor swing and seating, as well as views of the croquet lawn. What a great spot to dine outdoors, or an evening glass of wine. If you climb another set of stairs, you’ll find yourself on the third floor, which includes the third bedroom featuring four built-in bunks (1 king, 3 twin sleeping five in all) with an open lounge area and a small half bathroom nearby, as well as the fourth bedroom featuring yet another King master suite with its own private bathroom with a new walk-in shower, washer and dryer, and a flatscreen TV.
The final surprise can be found off the bunk room, a spiral staircase leading to the glass enclosed tower with an open-air tower deck with a bar for two and an additional bar top seating for four! The glass enclosed tower also features a desk, the perfect escape for those that need to work remote or to find some quiet time.
