About this property

Home on Quiet Street with a Private Pool and Hot Tub

Master Bedroom with king size bed - 40' TV, master bath with separate shower and garden tub. Bedroom 2 queen size bed - 40' TV. Bedroom 3 Twin over full bed and futon. Bedroom 1 & 2 also have a remote controlled ceiling fan. Large 55' LED TV in living room. WI-FI available at home. Fully stocked kitchen. Large private pool with a hot tub. The pool is open year round. Pool is NOT Heated, however the pool can be heated for an additional fee. The hot tub can be heated at the touch of a button within an hour at no additional cost. The property is located close to a city park that has baseball fields, volleyball court, tennis courts, skate park, picnic pavilions and a playground.

House is located 10 minutes from the Tuacahn Theater, 10 minutes to Snow Canyon State Park, 40 minutes from Zions National Park, 1.5 hours to Las Vegas, 3 hours to Bryce Canyon, 3 hours to the north rim of the Grand Canyon.

**This home is a non-smoking and no pets property**

This property requires a 3 night minimum stay, except during the Huntsman Senior Games for all bookings. Stays during the Huntsman Senior Games require a 2 week minimum stay.

This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.

This property is in a great location with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. It gave us easy access to local state parks and hiking areas and is just a short 50 minute drive to Zion national park. The home itself is very clean and nicely appointed. We loved coming home and relaxing around the pool. Janice answered our questions promptly. We will certainly stay again when in St. George.

Great Visit

This is the 4th or 5th time we’ve stayed at this house and we love it. It is located near everything we want to do, perfect amount of space for our family of 6 and the pool is great. We always enjoy staying here and will again for sure.

Always the best time!

We absolutely LOVE our time at this property - we've been spending time here (multiple visits) since 2013 and hope to continue well into the future. The pool is excellent, the bed is super comfy, nice quiet neighborhood; not to far from grocery store and other amenities. The TV in the living room is huge and feels like you're in a theatre, the couches recline so you can relax and enjoy a movie after a hard day in the poolAbout an hour to Zion; Snow Canyon is basically in the backyard and if you golf - look no further! The hosts are fantastic and very responsive too, what more can you ask for.

Sun, Soccer and St. George

This home was fabulous!We were down for our son's soccer tournament and it was so much better than staying at a hotel.It was so clean and it had everything we needed. The washer and dryer came in very handy to clean his uniform in between games.Our kids especially loved the pool! The owners were easy to contact and responded quickly to any question we had. Our kids have already requested we stay there again next year.

I have stayed at this listing several times over the years and it is always a great experience.

This property is always clean. It’s also in a quiet neighborhood just outside St George but you are still close enough to enjoy all that St George has to offer. You can’t go wrong with this property.

Best VRBO rental

We rent homes through VRBO whenever we travel. We loved this property and especially enjoyed the location and neighborhood. The property owner was responsive and kept us informed from the time we booked the home all the way up to our arrival. We look forward to returning again soon!

Rest & Relaxation

This is the 2nd time we stayed here. The back yard is incredible and was used for many hours every day. I love how the updated the Primary Bath with a total redo. It was in close proximity to where we had to be. Will be coming back next year.

Awesome house and pool

This house is clean, comfortable and just right for a party of 6. The pool is big, clean and easy to use. There is not much shallow area so maybe not ideal for small children but if you are swimmers/floaters it is perfect. The BBQ area is also nice and shaded. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The House is clean and comfortable. the kitchen is stocked with every possible pot, pan or utensil you would ever need. the pool and back yard is Amazing. and the soda machine in the garage was stocked with all our favorite flavors. This was a great place and we hope to stay here again soon.

Can’t wait to come back

We really enjoyed the privacy, location and the closeness to everything. While the house was older, the backyard was awesome. We spent most of our time there. To bad there wasn’t a king bed in the 2nd bedroom.

Great Getaway

This was an amazing property for a quick getaway. The pool was beautiful and the house had all the amenities needed. Close to grocery stores, convenience stores and freeway. Our 3 year old loved the pool especially at nighttime with the lights. The house had a warm and cozy feeling. The hosts were great with communication on heating the pool, check-in and check-out process. This is definitely a property we will stay again.

Nice home with a great pool.

The home was nice and well furnished. Not a ton of seating inside but most of the time is spent in the backyard anyway where there is adequate shade and plenty of seating. We were 4 adults and 4 children from 9 months to 4 years old. The kids loved the pool. When the kids went to bed the adults enjoyed relaxing in or around the pool. We will be staying here again.

One of our top rental locations ever!

This was one of the best rentals we have ever experienced through VRBO. The house itself was top-notch...luxurious yet comfortable. The pool was a big hit, of course. And the host was outstanding! Great communication, fast response. And the extras! We could have left a lot of our stuff home. Laundry detergent, toilet paper, condiments in the fridge, all the necessary cooking utensils, and a whole closet full of various supplies ranging from trash bags to antacids to Q-tips. I also observed a crib and a hi-chair, bicycles, etc. The ping-pong table was a great hit in the evenings, and the soda machine was fun. Comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and stores. I just can't think of anything that was lacking. Great location, highly recommended. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great place to stay near St. George for our biking weekend

The house was large and comfortable and well stocked with needed items. We spent a lot of time outside enjoying the large lawn and nice spa and pool. Lots of comfortable outdoor seating with 2 gazebos which helped with shade on sunny days and allowed us to be outside during a rainy morning. We played ping-pong in the garage, which had plenty of room for our 4 bicycles and other items. We only needed 2 of the 3 bedrooms, one with a king bed and bathroom and one with a queen bed and a bathroom adjacent in the hall. The third bedroom had a bunk bed but the lower bunk was fullsize so could be used as well. The house was clean and bright and obviously well cared for. Located in Santa Clara which is about a 12 minute ride from the St. George ciity square so easy to get into town. We hope to come back!
