Comfort and Convenience in Providence, RI

This property was convenient and comfortable, with sheltered parking (perfect, because it rained while I was in town), high ceilings, spacious rooms, and cozy bedding. The location was perfect, with great access to the historic Federal Hill neighborhood and its eclectic mix of restaurants and shops. College Hill was only a seven-minute drive, and the highway was easily accessible, as well. Like the loft apartment where I stayed, the building was immaculate and quiet. I was traveling as part of a book tour, and it was a great place to relax at the end of an action-packed day. Finally, I can't say enough about the property manager who was kind and responsive. This location met all of my needs, and more. I hope to stay here during my next trip to the Providence area.

Fantastic stay

The place was perfect for my husband and my overnight stay. Roomy, clean and well equipped, it was close to restaurants and bars and an easy walk to lots of places. The garage parking was great, the check in/out was easy and our host Nicole was kind and responsive. We would absolutely book again!

I love being outside, but when it's cold I enjoy curling up on the couch with a suspenseful book or a realty TV show on the screen. I've worked in hospitality at a hotel company since 2018 and have since taken my knowledge and turned it into a corporate housing company. This apartment is centrally located in Providence. Whether you're visiting a family member at one of the local colleges, doing a sales tour in the Northeast, assigned as a traveling nurse at one of the nearby hospitals, relocating due to work, or just visiting Providence for a weekend, this apartment offers it all. The building is very close to Route 6 and Route 95, as well as all the dining that Atwells Avenue has to offer. The building's fitness center is just down the hall from this apartment unit.
