Cozy little place

The stay was good. Near to our venue for competition. The house was as expected and a great price. If I could offer one suggestion, it would be to add additional outlets next the bed for plugging in and charging devices but otherwise, the place worked out nicely.

Quality for the price

My husband and I along with our friend stayed for a one night while passing through RI. We found the place to be very clean. The beds were comfortable allowing us a good night's rest before continuing our visit to my sister and drive home. The host was very responsive answering me within a few minutes. A good place to stay for an overnight.

Perfect for us

RI Stay

If you are looking for three bedroom lodging with quick interstate access this is the place for you. Limited seating for dining but every bedroom has a tv and mini refrigerator. Affordable and host was nice!

Comfortable and convenient

Staying at this property was very comfortable, and it was very convenient to get on the highway. All the amenities were exactly what was shown in the ad. I would definitely recommend staying here and I would stay here again. The property was also very clean and there were plenty of supplies.

Great stay in Pawtucket!

Clean, easy to find, and minutes to Providence! Only note is the entrance runs through the third bedroom. Fine for us but thought prospective visitors would like the layout detail! Great stay and we were able to check in early!

Exactly as advertised!

Clean and comfortable

Plenty of parking on the street and in the driveway. Check-in a breeze. Comfortable couches in the living room area. TVs in both bedrooms and in the living room. AC kept the place nice and cool. Beds are among the most comfortable I have experienced in a short-term rental and bedding was high quality. Everything clean and well-kept. Excellent communication from host. Would definitely stay again - thank you!

Property description is deceptive

This apartment has several good qualities. It is close to many of the things to do in Providence, it is very reasonably priced and offered us much more room than we could have gotten in a hotel room. It is also remarkably quiet given the proximity to the highway. However, “comfortable and well-appointed” is a stretch. It had very basic kitchen accommodations, not even enough coffee cups for the 3 of us. Which ended up being fine since the coffee maker was broken anyway. The washer and dryer is a coin operated set in the basement of the house that all residents share. This wasn’t a deal-breaker, just would have been nice to know up front, as I don’t generally travel with a roll of quarters. There is a change machine, but it only takes $1 bills. The biggest issue was that it was not very clean. Old food was left in the oven from a previous stay, the shower was visibly dirty, and most walls/baseboards/windowsills/blinds had not been cleaned in some time. The owner was very responsive, he did bring us cleaning supplies when we asked, and eventually did offer to have the whole apartment cleaned, which we would have taken him up on had we not already cleaned and were leaving the next day anyway. If it is clean, this apartment would be an excellent find for the money.

Interesting experience!

We rented the apt for a girls birthday weekend. Our property Manager sent the door code to the apt and met us at the door and showed us around. After going out to dinner and the casino we returned around 1:30. Shortly after returning home the front door opened and a man and his entire family( 7 or 8 people) including a dog, came through the locked front door- apparently they also rented the space and had the front door code as well. I tried to reach both the owner and property manager by phone and left messages and I also messaged the owner. I did not receive a response until 9:30 am the next day in which they said no one but us had the code - WRONG! That poor family had to leave at 2am and go try to find another place . We were left feeling unsafe all night. Also, the people upstairs ran up and down the stairwell all night - strange stuff going on there. I tried to get my money back for the sleepless night that we all had but the owner has never contacted me back. I’d steer clear of this place - not a good location or experience.

Why they chose this property

This property is located in a in a diverse racial and socioeconomic residential neighborhood. While many of the houses are well maintained there are others that are neglected or empty. although a tourist destination, does not have a resort-like atmosphere and it should not be expected anywhere in the city. The neighborhood is lovely and safe but the city is still rebuilding after many years of neglect so you may see some houses that need repair on your way to the property. You'll love the local le foyer restaurant down the Street. Check out if you have the time! There are many other restaurants in the area who deliver or are available for a dining experience including Halal and Vegan options. Let me know if you'd like any recommendations! There is a bus station down Street the Pawtucket downtown or the Bus stop station is behind the building.

The property is well within walking distance of the beautiful downtown Pawtucket fountain River and the Massachusetts border.
