We (2 adults - mother & daughter) had a wonderful stay! Very clean, comfortable and well-equipped accommodations for our three-night visit to the area. Quiet and private setting on a cul-de-sac; dedicated parking; within close (driving) distance to convenience stores, groceries, restaurants and shops. East Greenwich is a lovely town and proved a perfect homebase as we explored coastal RI and MA. We'd love to return to spend more time. Thank you to our hosts!

What a great property! It made our week in Rhode Island so easy and enjoyable. Monica is a fantastic host. She checked in with us right away. Throughout the week she gave us several little 'extras' that made our day. The property was just what we needed.

We chose this place because of the good reviews and it cost a little less than staying at Hilton. We were pleasantly surprised at the character it holds inside and outside. It was an excellent cozy size for our party of three adults. The place is clean and stocked with the essentials. The owners are very accommodating and very friendly.This place was perfect for us to visit Salem, Boston, Providence and the beach. One of the best VRBO homes we have stayed in. Thank you very much for your hospitality. We will be back.

If you are looking for peace and quiet in your travels this is the spot. It's a lovely little place off the beaten path. It's clean and extremely comfortable surrounded by beautiful scenery. It's not far from anything. The owners are a lovely couple that live on the property but you never know that they are there. Definitely the first place I will look if I come back to town.

My two week stay over the holidays couldn’t have been better. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and very private over the detached garage. The owners are very accommodating, pleasant and easy to communicate with. The apartment has everything one needs and is quite comfortable. Looking forward to staying again when in the area.

My stay in PVD was to help my college age son recover from foot surgery. This home provided the comfort needed. Comfy beds, privacy, accessible bathroom, recliner, full kitchen and laundry and a sun room. The hosts were so accommodating offering a shower seat and walker to help him with his recovery. This was super close to the airport and about 20 min. From Brown University. Greenwich is also a nice town with great restaurants and stores nearby to access everything you need. As we come back for the upcoming football season, we home to stay again under better circumstances! Thank you for the hospitality

This cottage was perfect for our long weekend visit to RI. It is cozy and well appointed with all necessities and then some. After visiting colleges and sightseeing, we slept in comfortable beds with warm, plush bedding. Communication with property manager was seamless. Don’t hesitate to book this property.

Quiet, relaxing stay

We wanted a quick getaway for our young family and chose this place because of its proximity to the Roger Williams Zoo and to area beaches. It's quiet and well equipped. The owner is friendly and accommodating.

Well-appointed cottage in convenient location

We loved our stay at this quaint little cottage. It was half way between Providence and the southern coast - perfect for day trips! Mandeep and Monica have provided everything you might need with thoughtful features like motion-sensored lighting, charging cords, welcome snacks, and even loaned us a birding book! It was a perfect stay in a quiet and beautiful backyard. Highly recommend.

Beautiful house and yard

The house was beautiful and the yard is a little piece of heaven. Everything was wonderful, comfortable beds, large shower, coffee & creamer, so many little touches to make you feel right at home. Monica was so nice and even told us the best restaurants to go to, and where to park in Newport. We will definitely be booking again next year when we are back in Rhode Island.
