Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please notify us before check out of any damages. Damages left unreported will result in a $200 charge on top of repair costs.
Place used towels and sheets in laundry bins.
Trash and pet waste can be placed in the garbage can in the ear of the building.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
