This cozy, sunny second-floor apartment is a great place to base your visit to RI. It has an updated kitchen and stylish furniture. There is a desk with a monitor for mid-term travelers to work from home.

The space
The northeast aspect living room is bathed in bright sunshine most mornings. Here you'll find a wall of a mix of local artists and my photography. Along with stylish West Elm furniture, there is a desk with a monitor for those traveling for work.

The kitchen was updated two years ago with new cabinets, countertops, and appliances. The bathroom with a large shower is located off this room.

Each bedroom has a memory foam queen-size mattress for nightly comfort. There are black-out roller blinds and curtains. There is a bureau in each room.

The apartment is located above the ground floor Airbnb apartment. There are shared stairhalls with the apartment in the attic. I live and work above this apartment, so I am available for questions or if you need anything.

There is a flight of stairs to get to the apartment.
Guest access
Besides the apartment, the guests will have access to the front and backstair halls, laundry in the basement, the parking area, and the garden.

Linens and towels included.

Check-in is after 3 pm, and check-out is before 11 am.

During the winter, the central AC is off.
