The house was quaint and perfect. Just as described. The host responded promptly to questions ahead of time. I would absolutely recommend this property to others planning a trip to that area.
The rental property was very clean, comfortable for 2 and located in a great area with many restaurants and attractions. It had a full kitchen and accessories for cooking in. The bed was very comfortable. Only one item to add would be a small table in front of the couch. We tried to use the ottoman but was not flat enough and sturdy to hold beverages safely but we made do. Other than that, we were pleased and had a great time in Rhode Island. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
This is our second stay. We will definitely book again. Cleanliness is our priority. Location is great close to everything. The host makes sure everything you need is all here
We had a fabulous time! It was nice to be able to travel with the dogs and having the fenced yard made it great for the dogs. We were able to visit all our relatives w/o displacing anyone, like before. We will be coming back!
This was a few days of celebration for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. We also went to the Newport Beach and Cliff walk followed by a concert at the Xfinity Center.
Loved the decore, super clean, laundry was a plus. Kitchen was fully equipped.Notes on everything to make sure you knew where things were ect. Nice to have the fenced area for my pet. The only unpleasant thing was the neighbors house with trash all over. So It was hard to sit outside with my pet. But once in the house, we really enjoyed our stay. All the other neighbors were very friendly, the kids were a little loud with their little motor cycles.
The place was very cute and very modern. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy at first glance when we arrived but as soon as we drove around the neighborhood it was the complete opposite. Very friendly people and pets all around and a bunch of great breakfast spots in the area. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. My only complaint is the couch since it was too soft for our liking but not a big deal at all. We would definitely come back when we get the chance.
The house was adorable and VERY well stocked. The host was ultra responsive and easy to work with. The home is fairly centrally located so made getting around in all directions easy. The neighborhood was the only thing I dropped a star on. The neighbor's properties were VERY lived in and we were a little concerned at the beginning. But the neighbors were all nice and happy to help with whatever questions we had. We would recommend the home.
This place is adorable! It is quaint and fully furnished with absolutely everything you need. There's even a full spice rack, cooking oil, and a nice coffee bar. The only drawback is the neighborhood. The streets are very narrow and sometimes tough to pass on. There is construction across the street, and some of the neighbor kids are quite noisy, repeatedly riding a dirt bike back and forth in front of the house. It does get quiet late at night and I slept well. Having a full sized washer and dryer is so convenient. Overall, very comfortable and immaculate place to stay at a very reasonable price.
