Trip got cut short due to the incoming hurricane but the days we got in were great. The property owner was extremely generous and wonderful to work with during this process. We will certainly be returning to this property soon!

Amazing location and beautiful home!

My family and I were very impressed with the property, exactly as described. Wonderful location, walking distance to a private beach for the complex and grounds were very well kept. We will definitely book here again we couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our week!

Excellent stay!

Property is immaculate. Everything is well kept and the most well stocked of any place I’ve stayed (I’ve been coming for over 30 yrs). House is spacious and very comfortable. Owners are very responsive to messages and very helpful in the booking process. Highly recommend this property.

This property was excellent. It was very clean. It was in a quiet neighborhood. It was safe very close to the beach also. The hosts of this property were available when needed to communicate and very friendly. I would advise parents to understand that this house is in an HOA community so very strict rules very strict policies to follow. I 10 out of 10. Recommend this property. Very happy.

The property was very nice and updated. The 4 bedrooms were great for all the kids to have their own space. The community pool area was grest for all of us, and was clean and easily accessible with a short walk (6 minutes). They have some beach stuff to use along with a wagon to get it there so we walked to the beach most days. It was a great stay, and we would use this property again.

Awesome property with two pools

Communication with owners was great. Check in was easy. House was very clean with everything you need. Maravilla has two pools, beach access is across the street from front pool. Loved everything, wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Perfect, peaceful, and practically everything you need!

This beautifully up-date home is fully outfitted with everything you need minus a few spoons. It was spacious, clean, and close to both the pool and beach. It was pretty inside and out and felt like our home away from home. Would be perfect for two families of 4-5, but also for a smaller party who wants to be able to retreat to their own room. Highly recommended and hope to be back.

We loved our stay. It felt like home! All my kids were comfortable. We are a family of 8 and we were so pleased and enjoyed every moment there. Quiet place and so close to the beach. The perfect stay outside of the 30A madness

Our family chose to stay outside of the 30A/Seaside craziness. We have rented condos in Maravilla before but this was our first time in a house. Roman let us book for a little less than a week, which was very accommodating! Check-in was a piece of cake and the house was perfect! Plenty of space in the main room for a small gathering, game night or just conversation. The back porch was great for grilling and shaded. The beds were extremely comfortable. The house was down the street away from the busiest part of Maravilla, which we liked. We were really pleased with our stay and look forward to going back!

Everything about this property was well maintained, clean and cozy! I was worried that the private beach area might be crowded but it was not at all. Hardly anyone set up extra umbrellas or chairs with their reserved umbrella and chairs. This was our first time vacationing in this area and we absolutely loved it. This rental was the perfect location close to Destin but not in the busiest area.

We had a great trip and loved staying at this home. It was a great gated community. The house was fully stocked with everything we could need. The beach service made going to the beach, a breeze with the umbrella and chairs that were included. We loved having private beach access because of the summer months being very busy on other parts of the gave us extra space and made everything so easy. The home was very clean and we appreciated all of the extras that helped entertain our kids during our stay like board games, beach toys and noodles in the garage. The back patio was great for relaxing because of being perfectly in the shade, it wasn’t too hot. The property is located within reasonable distance from everything you could need but far enough away to be quiet and perfect for rest and relaxation. The hosts were amazing with communication, offering prompt and thorough information when requested. This property was perfect for two families sharing a family vacation. Four adults and eight kids fit just perfect! We had a great experience with this property and will definitely keep in mind for future bookings. Thank you so much for making our first trip to Miramar Beach a great one!
