If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left uncleaned. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations.If the grill is locked up then it is not to be used by guests as it is the home owners personal grill.

Annual Family Vacation

The overall place was beautiful, my only issues with the house at all was the lack of pots and pans. It is not equipped for families who like to cook in, but for people who like to eat out a lot, the house is perfect but that’s the only negative feedback I have. The house itself lived up to everything it was supposed to, beautiful very well decorated. My only recommendation is to just supply it with more pots and pans and utensils so that families who enjoy cooking in can. I would definitely rent this house again. Perfect home for large families.

Fun house.

The house was AWESOME!! Kids loved the game room and themed rooms, not to mention the pool!! Quit communication We just really loved the house.

Very nice spot

This house was exactly as advertised! Beautiful spot and well kept. Few issues One tv in the master had a smashed screen which didn't sit to well as they really didn't say much. Cleaners did a horrible le job as there was sand in one bed, coffee cups everywheres and still some garbage around. In saying that the owners really did a great job with this house ! Would 10000 percent book again.
