Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Loading the dishwasher is very helpful, but not necessary. Please just be sure to put any used dishes by the sink for our cleaner.
If you are checking out on a Wednesday or Thursday, please be sure to roll the bins out to the curb on the corner of Oleander and Fairmount
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Welcome to the historic Fairmount District, one of Fort Worth's most popular destinations and local hang-outs! Known for its charming heritage, the 1920's architecture and houses lining the nearby streets, and the artistic and buzzing vibes, you will have no shortage of fun within walking distance while exploring a unique, genuine area of Fort Worth. Magnolia Ave, less than one block from the townhouse, is home to some of the best restaurants, bars, breweries, coffee shops, music venues, and boutique shops that Fort Worth has to offer:
- Foodies - check out Ellerbe Fine Foods, Nonna Tata, Heim BBQ, Gus's Fried Chicken, The Beast & Company, Shinjuku Station, Lili's, and Spiral Diner (one of the best vegan eateries anywhere), and of course, Melt Ice Cream for dessert!
