Walk to Super bowl 2023
This 2150 sq. ft. single family home, sits in the Rovey Farm Estates community just walking distance to State Farm Stadium and the West Gate entertainment district. There's nothing like being in the middle of all the action and no need to fight traffic when you can simply walk there. I rented out my home in 2015, the last time the Super bowl was here and guests were extremely satisfied. Since then, I have fully landscaped the back yard to reflect resort style living with a pergola, firepit, grill, bar and tiki torches throughout. Make it a super bowl you'll remember for years to come.
