We are first time host. We would like to share our guest suite that has its own privacy and away from the main house. We designed and built our house last year. We work from home and enjoy this quiet character of the natural landscape.

Why they chose this property

This is located in Foothills Overlay where Scottsdale conserves the character of the natural desert landscape. Guest suite is in 2.5 acre property and same size of nearby homes that maintain significant open spaces which provide view corridors and land use buffers, protect landmarks and prime wash habitats, and maintain the city’s unique desert setting.
