Matt was incredible! We were forced to deal with an unforeseen issue to no fault of myself nor to Matt, but he handled it with aplomb. Communication was OUTSTANDING.He took the time to personally check us in and ensure that our stay was pleasant. I look forward to working with Matt on our next stay in Burlington!
