Our beautiful 4 bedroom 3 baths pool heated house is located near Burnt Store Boat Ramp in the heart of Cape Coral, Florida is designed just for you. Our resting nest can sleep up to 8 people.We are located minutes away from Matlacha and St James City where you will experience the best local seafood restaurants. We are minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, Starbucks, recreational parks and many fun family activities attractions. Did I mention, you won't need to drive into town to enjoy the Florida Beach because we are located within 20 min. from Cape Coral main beach at the Yacht Club Community Park.
